Challenge to Replace USD/Federal Reserve Note as Reserve Currency 
The "US" Incorporated has been challenging the world to find a replacement for the USD (international) and FEDERAL RESERVE NOTE (domestic) currencies which have been used as the quote-unquote "Reserve Currency" of the world.

In addition:
Our military forces were unlawfully and illegally converted by fraud into mercenary forces; this happened under the Administration of Abraham Lincoln during the so-called "American Civil War" which turned out to be an illegal and undeclared Mercenary Conflict instead.

Since then, those same illegally, unlawfully and immorally converted military forces have been occupying our country and claiming that our lawful government simply "disappeared" leaving them to act as our caretakers and custodians of our assets.

Instead of acting as American Armed Forces, these same characters claiming to have custodial rights have acted under the direction of Great Britain and accepted SERCO, a British Crown Paymaster. 
2. The Response

  1. When the "Federal Republic" ceased operations, enumerated powers returned to the original Delegator, the unincorporated Federation of States
  2. Agreements require a single international asset-backed currency in gold and a single domestic asset-backed currency in silver
  3. The interlopers have seized upon and run up unauthorized credit based on American assets
  4. The actual American Government has issued:

  • The American Federation Dollar (international gold-backed currency)
  • Uncut Kennedy Dollars (silver-backed paper currency)
  • Reissuance of United States Silver Dollar coinage
  • American Prepaid Credit Certificates 
3. Rejection of
Central Bank Digital Currencies

  1. Mismanagement and dishonesty of Central Banks have caused current problems

  1. The American Government has instructed the Philippines Government as the actual Donors and Depositors of Trust and Account interests
  2. The Bank for International Settlements has been instructed on actual ownership interests and Fiduciary responsibilities related to American gold and silver 
5. Establishment of the

  1. To create a new system of coinage, currencies, and credit reserves, and a new banking system connecting directly with all people worldwide
  2. The Bilateral Prosperity System (formerly known as the Bilateral Banking System) has been established for all nations and people for relief, health, happiness, and restoration after criminal activity by banks and military organizations
