Need to have the DNS record checked/updated in Cloudflare since it is failing verification and causing our SPF authentication issues as well. This record seems to be the bounce messages via the Return-Path header and is the the SPF/Return-Path record when we send the emails.
I don't know when or how this happened, but it has been some time ago and is causing a lot of our emails to not get delivered. Would greatly appreciate the fix on this since we have a new automated email to go out along with others waiting in the wings.
I have been digging into the causes, and could be either:
1) The Record Doesn't Exist Yet
2) Domain Appended to the Name (In Cloudflare, the Name field should only contain em2115 (not the full domain), and Cloudflare will append the domain automatically).
2) Cloudflare Proxy (Orange Cloud) is Enabled: When Cloudflare's proxy is turned ON for a CNAME record, traffic routes through Cloudflare's servers instead of the intended destination (SendGrid's servers). For SendGrid CNAME records, the proxy must be turned OFF (set to DNS-only / grey cloud).
Those are just my notes, but you will know best.
Reflection, humility and gratitude,
Bruce
