We have 2 issues:
1) Currently we are creating a Master AFD account and linking the Prosperity Card as two separate steps. Could we have the activation of a Master AFD account also activate the Prosperity Card at the same time.
2) There are many Master AFD accounts that do not have a prosperity card associated yet. Could you run a script on the back-end to up-date those.

Where Does This Occur?
New work flow for creating a Master AFD and Prosperity Card is needed to affect scale. When a Master AFD account is created and saved, a Prosperity Card would be issued automatically using the full account number.
