The Create Vendor Account form is needing some harmony with the current fields and layout of the form. The Business Profile Form seems to have a mix of fields from the Personal Profile form. 2 images included: Current form and Revised from.
1) Per the revised mock-up graphic included, can the form fields be rearranged in a more logical fashion as shown? We are not sure where to rename some sections as they seem to be mixed with the Personal Profile Form vs the Business Profile Form.
The Language Editor shows a variety of business labeled fields, however, we can not tell how those fields are associated to which form or how they might be relabeled. See image included.
We also see that 2 fields are not needed in the Business Profile from, Type of Identification and ID Number. They have already verified this information by establishing their Personal Prosperity Account.
