How the Role / Group column works: If your list has a title line between groups — like "Recording Secretary - Namibia" — that title is not output as a row. Instead, it becomes a 4th column value stamped on every contact beneath it. So Juane Thomas, Stuart Slabber, and the others below that heading will each show Recording Secretary - Namibia in their Role column. Contacts above any title get the Default Label below (or blank if left empty).
